Summary
Designed an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze 82,000+ pizza sales, tracking core KPIs such as total revenue, order volume, and average order value to support data-driven decision-making.. Leveraged donut charts, funnel visuals, and bar graphs to visualize order distribution, sales conversion stages, and revenue by product category and size, enabling clear performance insights. Identified top 5 best-selling pizzas, contributing 28 per cent of total revenue, and flagged bottom performers with <1 per cent sales, informing menu refinement and promotional focus.
